Swing-N-Slide NE 4460-1 Review: Swing Seat. We bought this swing to replace the ones on our swing set. The quality is great. The problem is the impossiblity to carry out the instructions to make these seats safe. The instructions tell you to "crimp" the hook which connects to the seat. They don't tell you what tools or how to do it. The hook is made of very strong metal and it is impossible, impossible, impossible to move. We've tried different tools, consulted with neighbors.
