Manhattan Toy 117420 Review: Manhattan Toy Diaper Changing Set for Baby Stella. Got this for my daughter's Baby Stella doll, and it's really well made. The items are all cotton fabric and the diapers fit Baby Stella perfectly -- they fasten with velcro. There are even two little soft cloth wipes to 'clean' baby while changing her diaper.
